After confirmation of your order placement, we will dispatch your order within 24 hours. The goods will be delivered by either standard or express delivery depending on the option that you chose while placing your order. We also offer delivery to PO Box, Parcel Locker and Post Office addresses. Once your order is shipped, we will share its tracking number for your reference. Although timely delivery of your order will be our foremost priority, the company shall not liable for any delay caused by postal and courier services. However, in such circumstances, we will work towards resolving the issue so as to ensure the delivery of your order.
All orders will be sent with “Authority to Leave” instructions i.e. package will be left somewhere safe on the premises if nobody is there to accept the delivery. If you have specific requirements regarding your order delivery then please do mention in your order notes so the same can be followed.

If you have deposited money through Bank Transfer, we would recommend putting your order reference number and post code as reference during transfer. We would appreciate any communication in this regard once money is deposited so that we can process your order within the given time frame.
At ValvesDirect, we sell products that are covered under manufacturer’s warranty varying from 1 to 2 years.
We offer our customers a 14-day free return policy. If you have purchased a product recently and it is not as per defined specifications, we will replace or refund the product at our own cost.
If you have purchased an item by mistake or are not happy with your item, the first step is to contact us and make us aware for your issue. Depending on the issue, we might ask you to send back the item at your own cost. Upon receiving the item and accessing whether it is unused and is in the same packaging as delivered without any sign of wear and tear, we may offer you a replacement or refund, provided the abovementioned conditions are met. Please expect 1 to 2 weeks for your refund to get processed. You will receive a notification from us once your refund is processed. We don’t charge restocking fee from our customers.
In case there is some manufacturing defect in the product and it is still covered under manufacturer warranty, we may ask you to return the product for accessing the issue. Upon doing so, we might send you a replacement if we are able to corroborate the issue in the product as described by you. However, in this case, the freight charged will be covered by you.
