Depending on the issue, we might ask you to send back the item at your own cost. Upon receiving the item and accessing whether it is unused and is in the same packaging as delivered without any sign of wear and tear, we may offer you a replacement or refund, provided the abovementioned conditions are met. Please expect 1 to 2 weeks for your refund to get processed. You will receive a notification from us once your refund is processed. We don’t charge restocking fee from our customers.

In case there is some manufacturing defect in the product and it is still covered under manufacturer warranty, we may ask you to return the product for accessing the issue.
