Controller, loom or control box?
A blank wall controller, a communication fault or a cooler that ignores the controller can come from three places: the wall controller, the loom (cable) between them, or the control box or PCB in the cooler.
- Check the power to the cooler and the loom plugs first. Damaged looms are a common, low-cost fix.
- Fault codes on the controller usually point to the control box or a sensor. Check the code in your manual.
- Controllers and control boxes must be compatible. Each product lists the systems it suits (for example MagIQtouch, CPMD, Navigator, NC-6 Networker).
